What payment options are available?
Orders are processed through PayPro Global which accepts different types of payments: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer with invoice, and more. All available payment methods are listed on the secure order page.
How do I get my order delivered?
Basically, we use Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) model. This means that you will be able to download the product from our server as soon as your order is validated. You will receive an email with download instructions and the license keys. However, you can also order a CD to be delivered to you by postal service for a small extra fee. Check Backup CD in the online order form if you wish to get a CD.
How long does it take to deliver the software?
The registration email normally arrives within a few minutes after the payment. If there seems to be a delay, we recommend checking your spam folder, or contact Customer Service with your order ID.
How long will it take to get a reply from Support if I have a problem?
Generally you will get a response within a few hours, or immediately. We will definitely reply to you within one business day, except for weekends and public holidays.
